Our shipping policy ensures that you have a seamless experience when ordering from us. Most of our products do not incur a delivery charge. However, in rare cases where factors beyond our control render the calculated delivery charge insufficient, we will contact you to discuss the revised charge before processing your order. You have the option to accept the corrected charge, arrange an alternative delivery method, or decline the order.

Please note the following important details:

1. Free delivery applies ONLY to online orders.
2. If the recipient's address is outside our delivery area, we will forward the order to an Interflora florist in their area. If there is no Interflora florist available, we will cancel the order and provide a refund.
3. For orders forwarded to an Interflora florist, we act as a facilitator between the sender/customer and Interflora. This allows you to save on delivery and other charges.
4. Deliveries to remote areas may not be guaranteed for same-day delivery and may incur additional costs. In such cases, we will put the order on hold, notify the sender, and proceed with the order once the delivery date and/or additional cost is agreed upon.
5. If you require a specific time delivery, we recommend ordering two days in advance. If we anticipate that our delivery driver won't be able to fulfill the requested time, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund.
